Rick Ross Sued by Pregnant Ex Over Child Support

Rick Ross, American rapper is being sued by Briana Camile, his ex-girlfriend for paternity and child support.

The fitness model who is currently expecting her third child with the rapper, has filed legal documents; asking the court to legally name him as the father of their two children. Including establishing both temporary and permanent child support for the two children.

In the court documents obtained by BOSSIP, Camile also confirms the news that she is currently pregnant with her third child for the rapper. According to her complaint, the baby is due in the fall.

Camile claims that although they were never married, they had been living together with their two kids, two years; before deciding to end their relationship.

However, when they abruptly split at the end of last year, she left his home and decided to raise their children on her own. She said Ross signed the two kids’ birth certificates.

Camile is now seeking to establish paternity, a set support schedule. And have her lawyer’s fees taken care of ahead of their third child’s birth.

News of Camile‘s pregnancy surfaced last week. The news came as a surprise since Rick Ross; is now linked to popular socialite and businesswoman, Dej Gabrielle.

The rapper has allegedly asked to have the case thrown out as he’s been “consistently” supporting his children.
