Nollywood actress Annie Macaulay has sparked reactions online after sharing a cryptic post comparing a wedding ring to a trap.
The actress shared the image on her Instagram Story, featuring a traditional mousetrap, a bear trap and a diamond engagement ring. The graphic carried the words, “Same Idea, Different Designs.”
Annie did not add a lengthy caption or explain the message behind the post, leaving fans to interpret its meaning.

The post has drawn attention, particularly against the backdrop of the actress’ highly publicised marriage to singer Innocent “2Baba” Idibia and their subsequent separation.
