According to the singer, her project, titled “Without You”, was born out of the love and grief following his death. She described the project as music created from one of the hardest periods of her life, carrying stories that words alone could never fully express.

Niniola announced that the “Without You” EP will be released on Friday, August 21, 2026.
Dedicating the project to Michael, herself and everyone who has experienced loss, the singer said the EP is for people who have had to find a way to keep going despite the pain.
Her tribute has offered fans a glimpse into how she has been processing the loss, with music becoming a way for her to preserve memories and express emotions difficult to put into words.
