The less than four-minute song, sees the singer expressing uncertainty over the future of her relationship with an estranged lover and the fear of having her hopes dashed.

“A dangerous love affair, I’m gambling on my heart, I fit love you tire…are you really the one; no come tire for me, make e no go turn yawa for me,” she can be heard singing.

On next musical video

The singer had some months ago teased that she might have to go naked in her next musical video shoot in order to quash the accolades her last project received.

“I might just have to go butt naked in my next video, because I don’t know what else I’m going to have to do to top that one!” she said.

“And, just to put it out there, this was done in Nigeria. All the cast is Nigerian, the director, the AP, everybody is Nigerian.

“I love the fact that I could present this to the label and say this was done in Africa by Africans; this is what we can do. Imagine when you invest in us even more, you would get amazing work.”

The 44-99 crooner had in May graced the cover of Billboard, alongside Davido and Mr Eazi, for their influence on Africa’s music landscape.

In May 2019, she left Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records and signed a new deal with Universal Music Group (UMG); an American music company which boasts of artistes like Rihanna, Taylor Swift, and Lady Gaga.
