Nollywood actor Wole Ojo has shared his candid thoughts on marriage, offering a fresh perspective on why he hasn’t tied the knot yet.
Speaking during a recent conversation, Ojo addressed frequent questions about his relationship status, making it clear that his decision is rooted in personal beliefs about love and partnership.
Ojo explained further that he does not subscribe to the idea of actively searching for a spouse, noting that many people approach marriage as though it is a one-sided decision. According to him, readiness for marriage goes beyond individual desire.

“Why am I not married? Maybe because I do not believe in the concept of taking a torchlight and looking for a wife
“People make marriage seem as if it’s a one-person decision. You can be ready, and your partner may not,” he said.
Ojo emphasised that true compatibility and timing play significant roles in building a lasting union.
He suggested that forcing the process or rushing into marriage without mutual readiness could lead to complications later on.
