2Baba To Celebrate 20 Years in Industry With New Campaign “20 Years A King”
In an industry where many “waka pass” and “one-hit-wonders” have come and inevitably gone, it is no wonder that Innocent “2Baba” Idibia is not taking the anniversary of his active presence after 2 decades lightly.
The evergreen singer-songwriter kicked off this celebration tagged “20 Years A King” with a short documentary video narrated by none other than actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo.
This video kicks off a series of other activities set to be unfolded in due time including parties/concerts/club tours, a book launch, documentary, album launch, legacy project, charity events, “20 Years A King” merch and more.
Although the video merely skims over the challenges faced by budding artists in the music industry way back when and how 2Baba managed to scale through, we expect that the documentary goes into details to further inspire his fans and young people worldwide.
