What is Kanye West’s Current Networth?

He is currently worth over $1 billion, thanks to his savvy business acumen and diverse portfolio of investments from his Yezzy fashion brand for which he partnered with Adidas AG and Gap Inc. He also has millions in cash, stock and music catalogue alongside assets including SKIMS, an underwear/loungewear business owned by Kim Kardashian, his estranged wife.

The rapper is the second hip-hop artiste to become a billionaire, after his close friend (and occasional rival) Jay-Z who received the billionaire status in June 2019.

His mum, Donda West was head of English at Chicago University. During her tenure, she was also Foreign Expert to the People’s Republic of China; where she and the singer lived for a few years. She retired from CSU after 24 years to become Kanye’s full-time manager in 2004.
