Ajebutter22, who is not the regular sonorous voice, manages to keep his fans interested with every single he doles out. His latest feat is the video to his highly acclaimed single, ‘Lagos Love’, a love letter to the city and his lover.

On the Spax-produced track, Ajebutter22 compares the way he feels about his girl with the special little things people who live in Lagos can appreciate, such as small chops at a wedding or finding plantain chips in traffic, or even a freshly tarred road.

The video which was directed by Prodigeezy, takes the rapper to the streets in the heart of the city, Lagos Island (Eko), where he and his lover play around romantically, bringing together the subject matter of the song; his lover, his Lagos.

According to Ajebutter22, who also recently celebrated achieving 1 million streams on Spotify for another single titled ’24’; dropping his ‘What Happens In Lagos’ sophomore album in 2017, he had the main aim of representing what living in the megacity feels like in an agreeable compilation.
