BBNaija S6: Maria nominates Whitemoney for eviction
Big Brother Naija season 6 housemate, Maria, has nominated fellow housemate, Whitemoney, for eviction. Other housemates up for eviction are Yousef, Beatrice, Yerins, and Niyi are up for eviction. This nomination stands for the second week of the show.
This is following nominations by Wildcards and now housemates, Pere and Maria. The duo nominated four people each.
However, the new head of house, Boma by virtue of his veto power, replaced one of the nominated housemates. He chose to nominate Yousef in place of Jaypaul.
Earlier, Eelive reported that the Wildcards were given the exclusive power of nomination. This happened during the Sunday live show. This was a reward from Big Brother for escaping eviction during the first week of the show. However, Pere and Maria had no idea of this ‘reward’.
Maria was teary eyed as she nominated Beatrice, Jaypaul, Whitemoney and Yerins. Maria’s nomination shocked many fans afterwards as it seemed that she was close to fellow housemate, Whitemoney.
On Monday, Big Brother called Housemates Pere and Maria, to tender their nominations.
Big Brother then invited fellow Wildcard, Pere, into the diary room. He nominated Beatrice, Yerins, Niyi and Whitemoney.
After this, Big Brother called up Beatrice, Jaypaul, Whitemoney, Niyi, and Yerins as the housemates nominated by the Wildcards for eviction.
As is the norm for the game, there was an unexpected twist. ‘Biggie‘ announced that the new Head of House, Boma, could save one of the nominated housemates. Boma also had the power to replace him/her with another.
Using that power, Boma, in front of all the housemates, saved Japypaul and nominated Yousef in his place.
Biggie then announced that the housemates up for eviction this week are Whitemomey, Beatrice, Yerins, Niyi and Yousef.
