Burna Boy Apologises Over Twitter Controversy

Afro-fusion star, Damini Ogulu, better known as Burna Boy has apologised after he was called out by a Twitter user for ‘bigotry and rancor.”

On Friday, the Wonderful crooner took to Twitter to allege that Fulani herdsmen were behind the attack in Obigbo and Oyigbo area of Rivers state.

This led to a backlash from a twitter user who accused him of “hypocrisy born out of biogtry and rancor.”

He also called the singer out for deleting his tweet after it had gone viral.

Reacting to the call out, Burna Boy apologized and also revealed that he never meant any harm. 

“This is from the bottom of my soul. I did not mean any harm by what I said. I sincerely apologise for coming across that way. I’m already in a dark place inside. You are my Brother and I LOVE YOU. Please don’t be offended. We are all hurt, angry, afraid and confused right now,” he wrote.
