Burna Boy, Iwobi Recognised In Forbes “30 Under 30” 2019 List For Africa

Forbes Africa has released its 2019 list of “30 Under 30” phenomenal individuals. The special issue of the magazine is to commemorate its 5th Year as it features top game-changers in and from Africa.

The list was unveiled at the annual “Under 30 Meet-Up” in Johannesburg, South Africa and for the first time since inception, it has 120 young Africans instead of the usual 90 from 2018; showcasing 25 Nigerians from the the four categories –  Business, Technology, Creatives, and Sport.

“It was the moment we had all been waiting for, unveiling the 120 innovators who are changing the old rules of the game and forging forward. The Forbes Africa ’30 Under 30′ list has over the last five years come to be a highly respected and sought-after collection of tomorrow’s leaders today. These brilliant minds are listed under four categories. As such, there are four different covers for each category,” Renuka Methil, Managing Editor of Forbes Africa shared.

Here are the Nigerians who made the 2019 list:

    Business Category –

Alex Iwobi, 23, Footballer, is the only Nigerian in this category.
