Burna Boy survives car accident
Award-winning singer, Burna Boy on Saturday survived a car accident.
The accident occurred while the singer was on transit in his Ferrari car around Lekki area of lagos State.
The Grammy winner, taking to his Instagram stories, confirmed the accident.
He decried how people at the scene of the accident were more interested in taking a video him than coming to his rescue.
He wrote “Yes it’s true. I had a bad accident in my Ferrari today. My leg just hurts a little but I’m fine. Its just funny how everyone came out with phones recording me instead of trying to help (I guess they were too exited to see me regardless of the situation lol) but I love you all. Gambo got me.”
Burna Boy won the 2021 Grammy award for Best Global Music Album for his album, Twice As Tall.
Other albums by Burna Boy include ‘L.I.F.E.’, ‘On A Spaceship’, ‘Outside’, African Giant.
Also, Burna Boy featured on Justin Bieber album, titled Justice. It’s a 16-track collection of pop songs with assists from Chance the Rapper, Khalid, Daniel Caesar, Giveon, and more. Burna Boy appeared on track 14 of the project titled Loved By You.
In September 2021, Burna Boy said fans should not expect another album from him till further notice.
