Mavin Records boss and music executive Michael Collins Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, has broken his silence on the recurring allegations that some artists at the label are given preferential treatment over others.

In a special episode of Creatorium, the music executive opened up about the inner workings of Mavin Records, directly addressing claims of artist prioritisation.

Don Jazzy explained the realities behind the scenes, clarifying how the label operates and debunking notions of unfair favouritism among its roster of talents.

According to him, forcing comparisons or unhealthy competition does not yield sustainable success. Instead, he stressed the need for individualised attention and long-term investment to nurture each artist’s unique potential.
