GQ South Africa: Davido’s Outfit, A Fashion Fantasy

Davido has left his mark on music and now he’s spreading his wings towards fashion at the highest level. The super-star talks style and music in the latest issue of GQ Magazine South Africa.

The feature aims to promote Davido‘s new album “A Good Time“. But most noticeable is the singer’s outfit. It’s enough to up your fashion game.

In one of the pictures for GQ, Davido rocked a two-piece brown suit set from clothing brand Daily Paper paired with a cheetah skin shirt from South African based brand Studio 189. Similarly, the stylist, Alexander Julian did a fantastic job with the singer.

Now let’s look at Davido‘s second outfit. The singer rocked a buttoned-down shirt from Rochambeau with a coat from Todd Snyder and pants from Project 96. However, everything about the images makes it obvious that Davido rocked the outfit with confidence. Enough talk, check out Davido‘s looks from the shoot.

In the interview, Davido was asked, “What role do you want your legacy to play in how the world sees Africans globally? He said : “I want to live a legacy in the lives of the young ones. I lived inspiring the younger generations, and also say Davido did this and it worked some too I can do it, Whatever you do be great, confident and generous.”
