Biola Fowosere, the Nollywood actress, has recounted the pain she endured following her troubled marriage with her ex-husband, who abandoned her and their children without any explanation.
The Yoruba movie star made this known during an emotional interview on African A-List, where she disclosed that she still does not know why her former husband left the family, saying she and their children did nothing to deserve such treatment.
“The only person I’d really want to ask a question is my ex-husband. I’d really like to ask him what I did wrong because I did nothing before he left the kids and me. I want to ask what my children and I did to deserve what he did to us.”
She revealed that she battled severe depression after the separation, spending one year and six months in the hospital while struggling to recover emotionally.
She added that they have had no contact with her ex-husband since he left, saying he blocked them seven years ago and has neither seen nor spoken to them since.
“I spent one year and six months in the hospital battling depr£ssion after he left. I almost ran m@d.”
“We are not in contact. Since he left, we haven’t seen him. He blocked us seven years ago.”
