I Am The Problem Of Nigeria- Naira Marley

Controversial Nigerian musician, Azeez Fashola, a.k.a Naira Marley, has acclaimed himself as “Nigeria’s Problem”.

The singer took to Twitter to call on Nigerians to stop referring to the Government, Police and SARS as the country’s problem, but should focus on him instead as he is the main problem Nigeria should be mindful of.

He tweeted: “Naira Marley is the problem of Nigeria not sars, not police and not the government.”

While referring to his new song, “Bad Influence”, Marley lamented on the fact that the Government see him as a negative impact on the youths of the society.

He implies that he is also a youth and should be treated with caution too, as he is only trying to be happy and the critics surrounding him constantly suffocates his happiness.

He wrote: “If I’m a #Badinfluence, I’m still trying to work out what influenced me to be bad. Why don’t you all care? I am a youth too,”

His latest song, “Bad Influence” has won the heart of more Nigerians, some of whom describe the song as “Spiritual”.

Majority of fans who have listened to the song, stress on the fact that the piece triggers emotions as Naira explains his ordeal at the hands of people who misunderstand him.

In the song, Naira Marley spoke about his background and struggle to be happy, which is simply what many term “bad influence”.

While the artiste expresses pain at the fact that he is seen as a bad influence on Nigerian youths, he also blames the Government for making the country so bad that youths have no choice but to be badly influenced.

A part of his song lyrics reads:

“We want school but they give us prison
We want education but they taught us lesson”
