What You Should Know About Lamine Yamal’s Baby Brother, Keyne
Keyne was born to Yamal’s mother, Ebana, in September 2022.

Ebana was previously in a relationship with Yamal’s dad, Nasraoui, but they split when he was a young child.
“Look, my mum had me when she was 16,” he said in an interview with Spanish radio station Cadena SER, per The Athletic. “My dad also had to go out and look for a life.”
Both of his parents have since gotten involved in new relationships.
Ever since Yamal made his Barcelona debut in 2023, his younger brother has been a staple in the stands.
When Yamal and his Spanish teammates won the UEFA European Championship in 2024, Keyne, who was watching with his mother, stormed the field to celebrate with his brother.

During an August 2024 Barcelona match against Athletic Club Bilbao, Keyne joined his brother on the pitch to practice with him and kick the soccer ball back and forth. At another game in May 2025, Keyne was pictured playing on the field with someone more age-appropriate, fellow Barcelona team member Raphael Dias Belloli, Raphinha’s young son.
In October 2024, Yamal received the prestigious Kopa Trophy at the Ballon d’Or in Paris and had the support of his entire family by his side, including Keyne. In true toddler fashion, Keyne was more interested in playing with a Champions League ball on the red carpet than staring straight ahead at the cameras.
