Tanzanian music stars Nasibu Abdul Juma Issack and Zuhura Othman Soud have reportedly gone their separate ways, with Zuchu announcing the end of their marriage after six years together.
The singer shared the news with fans through a post on her Instagram story on Sunday, confirming that their relationship had come to an end.
Although Zuchu chose not to reveal what led to the split, she suggested that despite their efforts to make the marriage work, circumstances had taken a different turn.

She wrote:“We tried, but Allah has His own plans.”
The development has come as a surprise to many fans, particularly because the couple had only officially tied the knot in June 2025 after spending five years together as partners.

She added: “My husband and I are now separated and going through a divorce. I announce this with a heavy heart. After 6 years of being together, I’ve finally decided to choose myself.”
Beyond their relationship, the pair also shared a professional connection, with Zuchu being one of the leading artistes signed to Diamond Platnumz’s record label.
Following the announcement, Diamond Platnumz’s former partner, socialite Zari Hassan, reacted to the news.
Zari, who previously ended her relationship with the singer amid allegations of infidelity, reportedly praised Zuchu for enduring the relationship for as long as she did.
