Singer Banky W Announces Come Back from Retirement in 2020

For Banky W‘s fans, it looks as though their 6 year wait is about to be rewarded. Because, the R&B Crooner has announced that he would come out of retirement with an album in 2020. He revealed in a tweet this morning after a fan requested that he releases a song .

“Who else misses @BankyW the singer, I love @BankyW the actor, the politician, the activist but please sir still give us music, If you don’t want to do again, for goodness sake can you just make even if its one song a year, just one.”

Banky’s reply: “Okay.. I’m going do at least one more album, in 2020. Not sure if there are too many ppl who feel the same as you do, but thanks for this. I appreciate it.”

While Banky‘s most recent album “R &BW” came out in 2013, the singer has since released some singles in 2016 and EP “Songs About U” in 2017.

Although, it’s been sometime since new music, Banky went into politics in 2018. He also announced in February 2018 that he was shutting down his record label, Empire Mates Entertainment. On November 2018, he declared his intention to run to become a member of the house of representatives.

Sadly, Banky lost the election. We do not know for sure if the singer is saying good bye to politics. But one thing that we know is Banky has incredible vocals that leaves his fans begging for more.

There’s currently no release date for the singer’s upcoming album, however, we can’t wait to see what Banky has for his fans.
