Nollywood actress Peggy Ovire has stirred reactions on social media after sharing a Christmas photo that noticeably excluded her husband, Frederick Leonard.

The photo, which surfaced on social media, showed the filmmaker dressed in colourful pyjamas, seated beside her decorated Christmas tree.
In her caption, Peggy described Christmas as her favourite time of the year, noting that it reminds her of God’s greatest gift—love wrapped in grace.
She wrote:“Christmas is always my best time of the year. I’m reminded that God’s greatest gift is LOVE wrapped in GRACE.
Merry Christmas, fam.”
While the post attracted warm wishes, it also sparked curiosity among fans, many of whom questioned the absence of her husband.
One Chinyere Reginald asked in the comment section, “Merry Christmas 🤶🎄❤️ But why is Firmlord not in the picture? I’m confused 🤔.”
Another user commented, “But where is your husband? Well, let me mind my business. Merry Christmas to you, Asa Nwa.”

In October, Frederick surprised many by not acknowledging his wife Peggy Ovire’s birthday online.
In December 2024, the actor had responded to rumors about problems in his marriage with Peggy. He told bloggers spreading false stories to leave them alone. Frederick also said that he and his wife do not owe social media any explanations for their choices, adding that marriage is not slavery.
