Leading Nigerian actress, Funke Akindele, has stated that she admires women who have undergone the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery.
According to the renowned thespian, she wants to undergo the surgery; however, she mentioned that she can’t withstand pain, therefore, she is avoiding it.

The Jenifa star explained that it is okay for women to enhance their bodies through surgical procedures, but emphasised moderation and risk assessment.
“I love to see beautiful women with beautiful bodies. I actually like BBL, the skinny ones, not the big ones. I love the flat tummy and liposuction. I want to do it, but I don’t have the mind,” Akindele said while featuring in a recent episode of The Morayo Show.

“I am not against BBL. If you want to enhance your beauty, go ahead, but don’t overdo things. Be careful,” she added.
Funke Akindele also opened up on the effects of fame and her personality on her relationships, describing herself as an “extremist” who loves “hard.”
She noted that she is also “very strict”, adding that being disciplined by her made her let go of people she once loved dearly.
The actress said one of the prices of stardom is loneliness, stressing that “It is actually lonely at the top because if you want to remain at the top, you have to be guarded and disciplined. It is going to be very boring because you won’t have friends.”
She added that she is still learning how to manage relationships better, but added that her mental health is her priority.
