Nigerian reality star, Tayo Faniran, is of the opinion that money worship ruined Nigerians.
In a statement on his Instagram page, the former Big Brother Africa contestant mentioned that Nigerians make excuses for the rich, because they are wealthy, and crucify the poor because they lack.
He went further to mention that Nigerians allowed money worship to become a monster that is currently consuming them due to a lack of accountability.
The Gangs of Lagos actor said, “The worship of Money ruined Nigeria.”

He went further to write, “Nigerians respect ‘ anything ‘ that has money.”
In conclusion, Faniran wrote, “Nigerians believe that Money is superior to everything.
Nigerians make excuses for the rich and crucify the poor.
Nigerians allowed their monsters to grow because
of the money they hoped to get from them.
Nigerians ruined Nigeria.”
For his caption on IG, Faniran added, “We have lamented, we have wept, when are we going to act? It baffles me that we allow the people we know, people we mingle with, and most importantly, people that we know where they live do these wicked things to us endlessly, and all we do is just complain, lament, and cry when they have consistently shown us that they have no heart.
“As for me, I’m only looking forward to the day that the Grasscutter will catch the hunter; I look forward to the day the tables will turn.”
